EQUS CI awarded Distinguished Lecturer for Frequency Control

Congratulations to EQUS Chief Investigator Professor Mike Tobar on being awarded the Distinguished Lecturer for Frequency Control for 2021/2022!

Distinguished Lecturers of the IEEE Ultrasonics, Ferroelectrics, and Frequency Control Society (UFFC-S) are chosen at each Fall Advisory Committee meeting to serve an 18-month period, beginning on 1 January or 1 July of the following year.

Mike’s term is July 2021 to December 2022.

The Distinguished Lecturer is selected not only because of personal stature and contribution to a field, but also because of broad knowledge of the field.

Each Lecturer presents between 20 and 40 lectures all over the world at institutions and places of interest to them and their research.
