The EQUS Annual Workshop will be in Wollongong NSW from December 4 to December 6. The workshop venue is in Novotel Wollongong Northbeach NSW.
The Summer School will run in the same location on December 2 to 3 with a welcome dinner on Sunday, December 1.

All EQUS students in their second year or higher of their PhD will present a poster at the Workshop.
Please include your poster title and abstract in your workshop registration via Eventbrite.
Poster size is normally A0 (841 x 1189 mm). ** PLEASE NOTE IN 2019 POSTERS MUST BE PORTRAIT ONLY
Researchers are also welcome to present.

A group reservation will be made for all EQUS staff and students. EQUS will cover the cost of your room and daily buffet breakfast from 3rd to 6th December (you are responsible for all other incidental costs). Rooms will be allocated once registration closes. Postdocs and students will share.
Partners and families are welcome; you will be responsible for any additional accommodation costs. Please contact EQUS (ea@equs.org) for further information and booking procedures.
Parking is complimentary for delegates attending the conference. On departure, guests need to see reception to have their ticket validated. Parking at the hotel is subject to availability.
