EQuS Workshop 2015
EQuS is holding its fifth Annual Workshop from Wednesday, 9 December to Friday, 11 December at RACV Royal Pines. Registration will commence at 11.30am with the welcome starting at 2pm. Lunch will be provided at 12.30pm. The program can be downloaded below.

Transfer information
- Transfer from UQ (Wednesday, December 9): If you opted to take a bus from UQ to RACV Royal Pines, meet Tara Roberson at Chancellor's Place by 9.45am. The bus will leave promptly at 10.00am.
- Transfer from the Gold Coast Airport (Wednesday, December 9): If you opted to take a bus from the Gold Coast Airport to RACV Royal Pines, meet Alexander Buese at the Coach Pick-up Point by midday. The bus will leave promptly at 12.15pm.
- Transfer from Royal Pines to UQ or Gold Coast Airport (Friday, December 11): If you opted to take a bus to UQ or the Gold Coast Airport, meet Angela Bird and Tara Roberson at the hotel main entrance by 4.05pm. The bus will leave promptly at 4.15pm.
Driving
The Royal Pines Resort is located 32km north of The Gold Coast Airport and 80km south of Brisbane International Airport. If driving from Brisbane, follow the Pacific Highway (M1) south to exit 71 (Nerang - Broadbeach Road). After Metricom Stadium, turn left into Ross Street and take the first exit on the left-hand side after the overpass to enter Royal Pines Resort.
If driving from The Gold Coast Airport, follow the Pacific Highway (M1) north to exit 73 (Nielsen's Road) and take the road East over the overpass. Take the second left into Birmingham Rd, follow this over the Nerang River Bridge and then follow signs to the hotel.
Please park in the car park directly under the hotel tower.

Accommodation
A group reservation has been made for all EQuS staff and students and EQuS will cover the cost of your room and daily buffet breakfast (you are responsible for all other incidental costs). Rooms will be allocated once registration closes. Postdocs and students will share a twin room.
Can I bring my partner and/or family?
Partners and families are welcome, however you will be responsible for any additional accommodation costs. Please contact EQuS Admin (equs.admin@uq.edu.au) for further information and booking procedure.
Can I extend my stay at the Royal Pines?
Yes. We have negotiated a rate of $180.00 (single) or $204 (double) per night (breakfast included) for EQuS members. Please contact EQuS Admin for further information and booking procedure.
What time can I check in?
Check-in is at 2pm, early check-in may be available. Please ask reception on your arrival. A luggage room is available if you are unable to secure an early check-in.
Meals
All meals are covered by EQuS, including the Welcome Dinner on Wednesday evening, Poster Session canapés on Thursday evening followed by a Pizza night.
WiFi
Wireless internet is included in the delegate package throughout the hotel including individual rooms and conference areas at no extra cost.
