EQUS sponsorship

The ARC Centre of Excellence for Engineered Quantum Systems (EQUS) accepts requests to sponsor events that are relevant and beneficial to our members.  Please complete the form below to submit your sponsorship application for review.

Please take the following into consideration: 

• Code of conduct.  Your event must have a suitable Code of Conduct that is communicated to participants.  Please see the EQUS code of conduct as an example. 
• Equity, diversity and inclusion.  EQUS recognises that inequitities and barriers to inclusion are prevalent in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), and are particularly interested in sponsoring events or activities that promote diversity and inclusion in STEM.  To assist us in assessing your request for support or funding, please provide information such as the gender balance of your organising committee or of your invited speakers, measures to ensure the event is accessible, or initiatives to encourage participation from underrepresented groups. 
• Event summary.  A short report must be provided to EQUS following the event, summarising outcomes, budget and participants.  The organisers must also provide one or two high-resolution photos.  The report should include statistics on the gender balance achieved with organising committees, speakers and chairs. 
• Acknowledgement.  The event program and website must acknowledge EQUS as a sponsor.
