EQUS Annual Workshop, NSW
The EQUS Annual Workshop will run 1-3 December, as a hybrid in-person and virtual event.
This year our NSW workshop will be held at Crowne Plaza, Coogee Bay
Please ensure you refer to the latest COVID-19 information and please do not attend the event if you are feeling unwell.
Getting to and from Crowne Plaza, Coogee Bay
All MQ and USYD attendees are expected to make their own way to the Crowne Plaza. Onsite parking is available at Crowne Plaza for $25 per day at your own expense.
A bus will be transporting the ANU attendees from ACT to NSW. Bus details below:
Date/time: Tuesday 30th November at 4pm
Pickup Location: ANU Centre for Gravitational Astrophysics
If you no longer need to take the bus, please contact Angie Bird (a.bird1@uq.edu.au) as soon as possible.
Below are the details for the transfer back to ANU
Date/time: Friday 3rd December at 4pm
Pickup location: Crowne Plaza
Wednesday night social event
The social event on Wednesday night will be held at Beach Burrito which is a 3 minute walk from the Crowne Plaza.
Food and one drink will be covered by EQUS and you will need to purchase any additional drinks.
Event will run from 6:30pm - 9pm.
