Xanda was a PhD student with Prof Andrew Doherty at the University of Sydney, working on hardware-efficient methods of realising the Gottesman-Kitaev-Preskill code. His broader research interests are: bosonic error-correction; Hamiltonian engineering; Floquet theory; open-systems dynamics; passive error correction.
