EQUS brought together, or helped develop, world-leading experimental infrastructure and theoretical groups over a broad spectrum of quantum areas.

While many of these labs were established prior to EQUS, or with support from other sources, the Centre contributed to their growth, coordination and use as part of Australia’s growing national quantum capability. The labs provided critical infrastructure for hands-on research, student training, and collaboration across quantum subfields.
