Sonali is a former Masters student from the University of Western Australia in experimental physics group under the supervision of Prof Michael Tobar. Her thesis was ‘Towards strong optomechanical coupling Between Microwave Photons and Phonons using Acouso-optic Materials’. She started her PhD with the group in 2025.
