Naijiao is a fomer Master of Professional Engineering student at the University of Western Australia. In July 2019 she completed her research project with Distinction supervised by Chief Investigator John McFerran. Their research focused on producing a frequency link between a cryogenic sapphire oscillator and the frequency comb. Naijiao hopes to improve spectral purity on laser signals and the performance of the lattice clock.
