During his PhD in the Quantum Theory Group at the University of Sydney, advised by Andrew Doherty and Robin Harper, Evan worked on characterising noise in quantum computers. Prior to this, Evan completed his Honours on ‘scalable Clifford noise characterisation’ in the same group.
