Dr. Babatunde M. Ayeni

Babatunde has completed his PhD under the supervision of CI Gavin Brennen at Macquarie University.

His research was focused on three areas, including: developing numerical tools that can efficiently simulate anyonic systems; exploring the ground state properties of non-Abelian anyons on a ladder using a "braiding-enriched" t-J model; and, simulating time dynamics of nonabelian anyons.

Babatunde aims to contribute to the tools useful in simulating anyonic systems. He also aims to add to the general understanding of the properties of nonabelian anyons.
