Yangming was a PhD student in quantum optics theory, ‘Multi-Photon Transport through Optically Deep Ensembles of Atoms’, working with Prof Sahand Mahmoodian. He is interested in the photon-scattering problems in the atomic array, which couples to an optical fibre. Previously, he worked on the quantum simulation of chemical reactions in the superconducting circuits.
