Tavshabad hails from Punjab, India. She pursued a doctoral degree under the esteemed guidance of Dr. Jacqui Romero, a distinguished figure in the field of quantum physics. Her research interests lie in the realm of quantum computing, specifically in the area of qudits on-chips. This work involves investigating the integration of qudit-based quantum systems with on-chip technology to develop more efficient and scalable quantum devices. Tavshabad was awarded a scholarship by EQUS to push the boundaries of what is possible in the field of quantum technologies.
