Sebastian was an international student from the United States (Minnesota), completing his Bachelor’s degree at The University of Wisconsin, Madison, back in 2018 and a Masters degree from The University of Queensland in 2021. He decided to stay at UQ for his PhD, where he worked with Prof Andrew White on the single-photon source. Sebastian likes to rock climb, scuba dive, hike, and play volleyball amongst other things.
