Peter is a former senior lecturer and ARC Future Fellow in the Centre for Quantum Software and Information at UTS. He is lead author of the book “The Quantum Internet”, published by Cambridge University Press. His research focuses on optical quantum computing, quantum networking and the economics of quantum technology, and has presented at TEDxNewtown on the geo-strategic implications of quantum computing. When not pursuing quantum computer science he pursues mountaineering, although often does them simultaneously.
