Nikhil was a PhD Scholar working with CI Thomas Volz at Macquarie University. His PhD research focused on the Advanced Transition metal dichalcogenide (TMDCs) heterostructures for the Rydberg blockade. He completed his Integrated Bachelor of Science (BS) and Master of Science (MS) in Physics from IISER Mohali, India.
