Kyle’s research interests include applied and commercialisable research streams. He has done research into non-contact weighing using quantum-enabled devices, with an interest in molecular fingerprinting. He also has a keen interest in policy-making and the ethical and legal considerations (current and emerging) which interact with quantum technologies research. Kyle commenced his PhD with EQUS and moved to the ARC Centre of Excellence in Quantum Biotechnology with Prof Warwick Bowen in 2024.
