Jovian is a former student with Chief Investigator Arkady Fedorov at the University of Queensland. He was conducting an experimental investigation of the Jaynes-Cummings and Rabi models for the dispersive shift of the transom qubit. Jovian hoped to achieve experimental verification of a more accurate model for the dispersive shift of the transom qubit.
