Congratulations to EQUS CI Dr Magdalena Zych for being awarded a 2021 ARC Future Fellowship—one of only three in quantum physics from the 100 Fellowships across all fields of research.

Magdalena was awarded her Fellowship for a study on gravity effects in quantum clocks and sensors.  Her project aims to develop a mathematical framework describing measurements of time with high-precision clocks sensitive to both quantum and gravitational effects.
