International Conference on Quantum non-Markovianity (QuNoMa 2022)

We are excited to announce the first International Conference on Quantum non-Markovianity (QuNoMa 2022), which will take place right after the EQUS workshop!

This conference aims to bring together diverse perspectives and approaches on open quantum systems, with a particular focus on environment-mediated correlations and non-Markovian processes.

The program includes talks from invited speakers and a poster session.  There will be plenty of time for discussions and to share ideas.  Although it will be possible to attend the talks online, the main mode of participation will be in person.

Dates: 7–10 December 2022; the conference will start on Wednesday afternoon after the end of the EQUS Annual Workshop and end on Saturday at noon.

Venue: Rydges Newcastle, Newcastle NSW, Australia, or online

Organisers:

  • Dr Christina Giarmatzi, University of Technology Sydney & EQUS AI
  • Dr Fabio Costa, University of Queensland & EQUS Research Fellow
  • A/Prof Alexei Gilchrist, Macquarie University & EQUS AI
  • Prof. Kavan Modi, Monash University & EQUS AI
