Sukhwinder is a postdoctoral research fellow at Macquarie University. 

His research focuses on quantum information and condensed matter physics. 

Sukhwinder hopes to develop new methods for efficient simulations of synthetic quantum matter (quantum lattice systems), a framework to incorporate symmetries in tensor network algorithms for the simulation of quantum many-body systems and provide insights into the physics of new 1D and quasi-1D systems of anyons.
